        Hello! My name is Mafalda and I have many important aspects in my life. 
        One of the aspects I consider most important of all is my family. Everyone is incredibly supportive at home and that is what I love about them; the fact that I know they are never going to let me down. However, even knowing all this, I still feel a little bit stressed due to the pressure of achieving every expectation.
        School is also a big aspect of my life because I worry a lot about my grades and results. I worry about this because I am afraid if I fail in school, I will not achieve my goals in life. Due to this I always feel a little bit stressed out. 
        Another aspect of my life I care about is my friends. They are always there for me when I need them and consistently cheer me up when I feel down. I dedicate a lot of my time to my friends mainly because it makes me feel good but also because it is a healthy thing to do. 
        I have many important things in my life, so, to help me cooperate with all the stress and anxiety, I practice dance and gymnastics. The reason I enjoy these sports is the fact that they help me understand my feelings better. They also make me out of breath which is a feeling I love. 
        I like all my important aspects but what are yours?

   I don’t love school but I don´t hate it either. It’s just that sometimes it gets quite boring. But I enjoy hanging out with my friends during the breaks. I often don´t worry about grades but I must always do better. 

   My friends are another one of the most important things to me. They support me and we have fun together. Most of the time we go to the cinema. I enjoy spending time with them and hopefully they with me. 

   Objects aren’t very important to me so I can’t pick a favourite object but I do love film so I might not use it alot but I do like my movie slate. It means alot to me. 

   As I said I really like film so I enjoy movies and series to relax. However in my free time I like doing other activities like listening to music, reading and playing games. Of course those are only some of them.

    School isn’t too bad, but I worry a lot about my grades. I always try to do my best and that’s why tests and oral presentations stress me out.  

    My friends are very special to me. We talk almost every single day and we have a lot of fun. We also do lots of activities together. 

    I don’t really have a favourite object but if I had to choose one, I would choose my phone. I’m always with it, almost like it’s a part of me. 

    In my free time I love listening to music and watching films. I also like reading but sometimes I’m too lazy to do it.

   School isn’t bad because I learn many important things that will be useful for my future. However, I worry a lot about grades, because I want to go to university and have a good job. Therefore I have to get good grades, and to do that I sometimes get stressed.            

   I have got very good friends. I like talking and hanging out with them because it makes me happy and helps me forget my problems.

   I love playing musical instruments. Whenever I play them I immediately become more calm and feel that I achieve my inner peace.

   In my free time I like to play volleyball, listen to music, ride my bike and read a book. I really enjoy doing these things because they help me to relax.

I like school because I learn new things and I be with my friends. I love my teachers and I love when I get good grades because it makes me feel like I know what I needed to. And that feeling is amazing. But in another hand school is really stressing and hard. 

My friends are the most important people to me. But I only truly trust 3 of them. They make me feel happy and safe. When I’m with them they make me forget the bad things and make me laugh!

My favourite object is my phone, because I can do everything with it!

In my free time I like to go shopping, watch the sunset with my friends, eat acai, go on walks, go party, sometimes just staying home reading a book or watching a movie, listen to music, or spend time with my family.

    The main causes of global warming are industrial activity, and consequently toxic gases, agriculture activity, live stock ranching and deforestation. All these contribute daily to the raising temperatures of planet Earth. 

    Longer wildfire seasons, more heatwaves and droughts, rising of sea level and destruction of many habitats are only a few consequences that global warming can have and has on our planet. 

    In conclusion, I think we should all put some effort in to help our planet and all the living beings that live on Earth before it’s to late. We all need to work together to make Earth healthy again!

    This problem is due of two main reasons: the fact that farmers need land to raise cows and grow cereals and plants, and the fact that people cut down trees to build cities, make furniture or to use as firewood. 

    Deforestation has very serious consequences, since forests and rainforests are about to disappear as well as biodiversity. 

    Deforestation is making plants disappear, so our oxygen is getting scarcer, which has a very negative impact on our life. Therefore, we should be concerned about this problem and start acting to stop it!

   A few consequences are that forests and rainforests are about to disappear, like the biodiversity. 

   We can change this by consuming less wood by-products, recycle them and also raise awareness in our community. Deforestation is a problem that needs to be changed, but it’s not too late to do it!
