I think the most challenging part of this term was understanding permutations. I had a hard time understanding logic of different types of rules implemented in word problems. Like a rule where 2 types of people need to be beside each other or how 1 group has to be together. But I overcame this by drawing out the scenario and connecting it to the solutions. I also desensitize myself by reviewing the materials over and over again. I learned to tackle topics because theough out the sy i know whats the best style of learning is for me

As someone who never played poker, understanding cards is new to me. I had lots of miscomceptions of cards, I sometimes get the numbers of each card mixed up and get the item wrong. As soon as I wrote down the different values of cards I was able to understand cards amd the lesson of probability better. I learned to draw the scenario instead of relying on my notes which my past self would do

My best work is probably participating in math week amd winning dragons gold with my friends. I remembee running to the MST so i can be first in line to get stamps and gambling with probability of where the dragon is. I remember memorizing PI in the line and had my competetiveness in beat the teacher. I think through out the sy this was the time where i really showed effort and attention for a grade

In the group activity of circles, i was throwing out ideas to my friends,naming every conjecture possible. Though this was somewhat useless as all conjectures we tried does not meet the requirements of the shard. In we deicded to sketch the circle and measure the diamater with a ruler. I felt more useful and not left behind in this group work because i knew the conjectures and was on level with my friends.
