Genital Warts are transmitted via skin-to-skin contact with an infected person. Sometimes, however, they are not transmitted directly, like other STDs/STIs- rather, they are contracted via certain types of untreated HPV.
The one and only symptom of genital warts is the sudden appearance of skin-coloured or whitish bumps or warts that look like tiny pieces of cauliflower appearing around the infected person's genitals and anus that sometimes itch, but not always.
Genital Warts are curable. Some common treatments include simply letting the warts go away due to the interference of your immune system, putting chemicals on the warts, getting a prescription for wart cream, freezing or burning the warts off, or cutting them off with a scalpel or electrically assisted wire.

HIV can be transmitted during unprotected sex; through sharing injecting equipment; from mother-to-baby during pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding; and through contaminated blood transfusions. No cure exists for AIDS, but strict adherence to anti-retroviral regimens (ARVs) can dramatically slow the disease's progress as well as prevent secondary infections and complications. There is no cure.
