What I have learned today is that how to assess your committee members effectively using the instruments given in Standard 4.For the Standard 3 especially the 3.1.2 -committee management, I gain the information about the supposed roles of KP.

Standard 4 gives us a clear guidance on the 6 crucial roles of teacher in pre lesson, during lesson and post lesson.
