Hello everyone ,
I would like to share about how to cook Shan Noodle.It is one of the famous Myanmar food. It is very delicious. Most of the Myanmar like it and I also like it. We can eat it as lunch or dinner or just snack. If you want to cook Shan noodle, the following ingredients are required.
1.Dried shan noodle
2.Chicken or Pork
3.Onion, chilli, garlic, ginger
4.Oil, chicken powder, salt, fish sauce, light soya bean sauce
5.Peanut, sesame, onion tops.
Now I will tell you about how to cook Shan noodle.
1.Firstly,we need to put the dried shan noodle into water in (an) appropriate pot for around 12 hours .
2.Next,boil water and put dried noodle into it for just 3 minutes. We take noodle and put it in (a) bowl.
3.After that,We need to cook this small pieces of chicken with onion, oil, and garlic. In which, suitable amount of salt, fish sauce, chicken powder should be poured.
4.Then,you can pour one spoon of chicken curry, light soya bean sauce, pounded peanut and sesame, cut onion tops.
5.Finally, Mix All.
If you need in taste, you can add some salt or fish sauce and chicken powder.Now, you can eat your shan noodle eagerly and can eat more than one plate/bowl.

My life is a mixture of moments, some happy moments and others not so much.I have dreams to fill the world and I am willing to do the necessary efforts to attain those dreams. My motivations I inherit from my family, more specifically my father that I love so much.My parents taught me that we live in a world that is constantly changing and to succeed we need a smart plan and the ability to adapt and adjust to the changing world environment.
It was on a Tuesday night at 9:45 PM that happiness and joy filled the hearts of both my parents who are U Thet Oo from Pathein and Daw Aye Aye Myint from Monywa. I was born on November 23, 1993 at Pathein Hospital in Pathein, Ayeyarwaddy Division.My parents had two children, and I was youngest child
from them. It started off as the first boy and then I came along as the first girl.My mom is a great cook and enjoy cooking for us.My dad is a graduated with Matajor from Pathein university and he is also one of the best math matics teacher for me.
When I was 6 years old ,from my frist day as a kindergarten I hated school.My dad promised to stay with me.However, he left as soon as I cried the whole frist day of school.I see this as the first truly impactful and negative experience in my development as a student.I always enjoyed the days off, I only had to attend kindergarten five times per week.At the age of 10, my family moved to my mother native town in Monywa and I was attented Grade(4) at the Middle school in Monywa.
In 2005, next year ,we were returned stayed in Pathein, I studied at Middle school from Grade(5) to Graders (8) in Pathein Education College and I attended from Grade(9) to Grade(10) in BEHS(7) , Pathein. I was passed with matriculation examination in 2009-2010 academic years.After that, I attended at Computer Science in Pathein Computer University about 3 years and I am graduated from with Bachelor's degree in 2013-2014 academic year in Pathein Computer University.My father started suffering blood cancer on November 2012.My father was not eating, losing weight, pain got worse and the doctors took him to the emergency room. I have watched Titanic how many times I don't know. Everytime I watch it, I still cry, laugh, smile, and feel. I really first time watched since I was 20 years old.The movie tells the dramatic story of the Titanic with Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet as the main actors.This movie is a classic romance movie direct ,written and co-produced by James Cameron and was released in 1997.In this movie, a young poor guy, Leonardo, travels by the gorgeous ship Titanic from London to New York and he meet wealthy girl, Kate Winslet. He fells in love with her as soon as he sees this gorgeous girl.
Unfortunately, after a few days the ship hits an enormous iceberg and it was started sinking at the sea .It’s very romantic and it always makes me cry. It shows a beautiful love story with an extremely sad ending.Leonardo Di Caprio`s and Kate Winslet`s performance is so brilliant that I cried during the whole movie.This movie brings a tear to your eyes. If you want to cry and melt down to a glamurous love story.

Their acting skills are incredibly great. Li Qing Rang directed it. The movie's flow is very charming. The main actor is very handsome and the main actress is very beautiful. After I had watched this movie, I wanted to get a big brother like Sang Yan. I wanted to get a boyfriend like Dun Jia Xu too. I like Sang Yan's family relationship.
