         <title>My personal mission:My focus as Director of the School Improvement Team is simply to support Dr. McCormick’s vision of inclusion of all of our stakeholders for our Indiana schools and their students. •	My goal is to develop a GREAT team and process for school improvement which includes the IDOE team, Great Lakes Comprehensive Center, The New Teacher Project, SBOE and ALL of the stakeholders we represent by focusing on the work.•	To become an excellent resource and guiding light for schools we must be intentional by first focusing on our collaborative direction and building a team who has a focused purpose with a clear vision through team culture.  No one individual is more important than another as we strive to recruit compassionate and passionate individuals who will embrace change, manage any dysfunction with clarity and purpose, to provide successful and sustainable resources for our Indiana schools.•	Our job is to support school leadership so they can become autonomous in their efforts of promoting success for all students</title>
