Over the years globalization has turned the world into one from trade then how it once was, isolated economies. The more trade that we do the more wealthier we become, and global trade across the world has created more wealth than ever before in human history. This helped lift more people out of mere subsistence than ever before. For the poorest countries globalization brings the investment that creates jobs. These jobs represent a step up for people in poor countries because they usually pay more than do the more traditional jobs available there.

Globalization is harming nature as we know. The rain-forest is a beautiful place but is being destroyed by agricultural products. From this it is effecting the ecosystem, animals, and the beauty of nature. Deforestation is occurring. People are destroying nature to build corporations such as McDonald's. Deforestation not only harms animals but what is being put in place is harming us humans. McDonald's is filled with fattening food that causing obesity. 65% of people live in countries where overweight kills more than underweight. Why are we destroying life and nature just to destroy ourselves as well.

In Southern Asia, the number of people living in poverty has risen let alone the high growth rates experienced by many of the region’s countries. Some world regions have become poorer. The poorest country in 2011 was poorer than the poorest country in 1980. From studying we have found that not all the developing countries have benefited from globalization. Many countries have not gotten better in the past 20 years. In 2006, GDP in 42 world countries did not exceed USD 875 per capita.

There are two types of countries developing countries and the ones who are already developed. Globalization creates more jobs to developing countries but the effect of this is people in developed countries lose jobs. When this occurs it is called outsourcing. The reason for countries doing this is money. Not only do people lose jobs but also forget about their language they grew up speaking. Now that their is globalization people are able to travel and can completely forget about there tradition and even the language they speak. An estimate of 7000 languages are spoken all over the world, but by the end of this century only 3500 are expected to still exist.
