This ad focuses on guilt in how smokers are harming and killing their own innocent family and children due to their unhealthy habit. The ad is somewhat effective and straight forward, as it has clear message that being unaware in certain area's could be fatal. It could be viewed as being basic, as it does not provide much context there's not much to fear in some sense, besides death. I don't think this a good way of using sexual connotations, especially while referencing religion, as this could be viewed as being disrespectful and degrading.
