From 1642 to the Present, bushfires have been and are a common occurrence in Australia. What happened here? This is an example of a bushfire. They can occur in various ways, including people quitting cigarettes, campfires, accidental burn-offs, dry weather, lightning strikes, and fire whirls.

Not a lot of people die from bushfires, but the aftermath is not good. Homes, livestock and water supply can be destroyed from these fires. A lot of fire also means a lot of smoke, which will make the air really bad for the residents.

It took a lot of money to try to stop these fires, but even everything wasn't enough. This means that Australia lost a lot of its money trying to put out these fires. To fix the damage that was done, Australia had to use $4.4 billion to fix the damage, which was the most expensive damage that needed to be fixed in the country.

These fires hit animals really hard. Over 800 million critters were lost in these bushfires. During some of these fires, over 85% of plants in some places were burnt to the ground. When these fires happen, they also put a lot of smoke into the atmosphere.

Almost everyone just volunteered and helped those in need. People tried to fight the fires, but they were too strong to be contained. There were fundraisers too, to help give money to those who had lost things in the fire. This is an ecocentric solution.

This is important to the environment because Australia is losing millions, even billions, of trees across the country. Trees help us breathe, and if there aren't enough trees, it will be harder for the people of this country to breathe freely.

It doesn't matter how little fire there is; it can always grow. This is how we can look at this and say to ourselves, "What can we do better"? So fires are deadly, so next time you have a campfire or light off a firework, just keep in mind, fire is hot and it spreads quickly. So how did we solve these fires? We tried to put them out, but it didn't work. So the only thing left to do was let nature do its business.
