<title>Social justice is the mission for both. Intersectionality is a more expansive lens for addressing the complexitities of educational equity, and empahsizes intersecting power relations in various domains - structural, disciplinary, cultural, and interpersonal as social inequality lies in between these domains. It also resists neoliberal pressures to focus on the individual and must keep the critical praxis as central. Questions still remain - should all forms of diversity fall under the umbrealla? Who decides? </title>
