My biggest challenge during the program was the organizational skills for all my classses and lesson plans. Since most of my ensemble classes are comprised of rehearsal process and unexpected elements happen during the improvement process of students, I sometimes depended or just simply enjoyed the spontaneous moments and happenings during the rehearsals and tried to use my coping skills rather than skillfully preplanned lesson procedures. In fact, having to submit the lesson plans and watching the procedures of my lessons made me acknowledge the joy of planning and its effectiveness. Students seem to be more at ease with my intricate planned lesson contents and we have better time management for our classes these days.
