Niveauer forventes derfor at være nogenlunde ens for de fire mål. 

Efter capture (pools) forventes det at se et højere niveau af TP53 og KRAS i frohold til baggrunden.

Koncentrationer af prøverne var meget svigende. Manglende sammenhæng mellem Chr3 og gCYC. 

Desuden ikke overenstemmelse mellem koncentration målt med KRAS og målt med TP53.

Dette giver en stor usikkerhed. Prøver er blevet fortyndet for meget til at lave ddPCR. 

Forsøg skal gentages med et subset af prøver hvor der tilføjes mere template til prøverne.
