  • We have larger spaces (backyard, number of rooms) so less chance to bother others in our family
  • Less criminality
  • It's more quiest in the suburbs, less sounds
  • If you want to buy a house, it's sometime cheaper and you got a bigger place
  • In the suburbs, we have less "cement" and more natural environment such as trees, grass, so the temperature is more clement
  • In the suburbs, you feel less stressful
