The more you use Ketamine, the more your tolerance builds up. You may double up on the amount your receiving each time you use the drug. When you have tolerance to Ketamine, you may have the ability to experience the “K-hole”, which is slang for how it feels when you take a high enough dose of Ketamine that your awareness of the world around you, and your control over your own body, become so profoundly impaired that you're temporarily unable to interact with others—or the world around you.
