         <description><![CDATA[<div>Born May 27, 1923 in Furth Germany: won the Nobel Peace Prize, was secretary of State under Nixon and is a prolific author. <br>Out of all 4 people mentioned here, Henry seems to be the most qualified to be president. Having been a Secretary of State under a president he would've had the most up close experience to the presidency, and winning the Nobel Prize is no joke either, this would've made him a relatively more trustworthy president. Personally Henry would've been a great president if all the qualifications fell in line. Henry was a peaceful man and intelligent man, definitely suited for the presidency. </div>]]></description>
