If you have a head coach you feel trusts you right and you trust your head coach you're going to be willing to run through brick walls and that's what we got to do in order to succeed.” - Coach Marcus Freeman

She is very enthusiastic and passionate. She is not afraid of a challenge and is willing to learn from whoever can help her be a better person. Throughout our interview she mentioned "si se puede" several times, which means "yes, you can." This is her mentality through this tough year and anytime she is faced with a challenge. Her priorities as a leader are her students and staff safety and positive guidance. She wants her students and teachers to know that she is rooting for them and always wants what is best for them, this is what identifies her as a leader and not just a manager.
