Hello!
The most essential question is how to blend hard work and athletics. In the day it appears that you just get exhausted, but mostly the mind, not the body. And when you take this truth, you readily visit the gym, and there the entire body provides all of the power that has accumulated during the day. I have been going to the gym because I was 16, and I have been practicing there for 8 years without fractures. Next, due to expeditions, two years of training dropped from my entire life, and eventually the body reminds me that it does not have enough stress. I moved back to the fitness center, dropped 6 kg, started to set myself a wide range of ambitious targets - to achieve 6 kg of muscle mass in three months or burn off 7 kg in the summer time period. Gradually returned sports excitement, and also at exactly the identical time that it applies to do the job.

There are many examples in our livelihood when people died because of a shot. I think that this isn't reasonable, not mandatory and nobody's interested. By way of example, in military journalism, even should you lead a group, you have a photographer, a mixer with you, for instance, you operate in a calm village that's under fire, you need to understand - you are accountable. As an example, for the photographer you attracted there, for the fixer that has a family, children and his life, for the civilians you chose from their cellars and who you put in danger. My name is Igor, I'm 31 years old, and I am a journalist. I graduated in the Faculty of Philology, majoring in Journalism, later I defended my thesis. Now I work on websites https://freeradio.com.ua/ , a project that functions as a totally independent radio station in Donbass. I consider myself a normal reporter, for whom the profession is sometimes favorable. At times, I find myself in very interesting places, as it happens. Do I consider myself an adventurer? Yes. Yes, and it occasionally turns me very far.
But in general, in livelihood it is not even insanity that is essential, but on the contrary - adequacy. If you are going somewhere, you need to have sufficient training, should you communicate with a not very adequate person, then in this short article you should be the most stable. The danger is sufficient, it's desirable to understand that no photograph, no text, no Pulitzer Prize is worth a lifetime, neither , nor someone else.
