Then, we were told about new system of calculation regarding the tour package. 
In the afternoon, we were given few task to make calculation as for practice. After the session with Puan Liana finished, the office work continued with issued several receipt and answering the call. 
In the evening, we follow up with previous customer and entertain the walk in customer. After reach 7.00 pm. In the evening, Puan Fatin teach and guide us on how to use the ticketing system in general since she will be on vacation for a week. The system require several coding and procedure that must be followed as it is a complicated software.
