The video describe about how to developing effective verbal communication skill. In this video there talk about the importance of effective communication,  the types of personal communication and also share about  verbal communication tips. Communication skills are important and why all the successful people around us are good communicator. All people will think of communication as a key skill we need to develop to advance our  career when you apply  the new job , a presentation at work, or connecting with a senior. In this video there are some advance for career such as we must built credibility or trust, impress others, increase confidence in front of a large audience and last you must show up as a leader. So we need to remember that effective communication is essential for both profession as well as fostering growth and as well communication is an that we can develop. 

 

There is no unique that I want to describe about verbal  communication. But in this video, there are some tips for we need to developed our  effective verbal communication. The first tip is to become an expert in the language that you're comfortable speaking in. the second tips is be well informed regarding in your field or in workplace. The third tips is connect with people on a personal level.  If we meeting someone in a professional environment has become easier to communicate when they know who you are as a person you will be able to communicate your ideas and express your opinions. The fourth tips is  be an engaged listener and ask question. The fifth point is must use a simple word and when you speaking in while you interview you don’t speak too fast. You must take your time.
