DAY 1 We were first welcomed by two Czech students and a teacher who gave us a tour of the school. Afterwards, we were taken to a classroom where an interactive session was held. The students from both countries prepared "getting-to-know-each-other" questions in separate groups — one group consisting of Czech students, and the other of Turkish students. After preparing the questions, the groups exchanged them and took turns answering. The questions mainly focused on education systems and cultural differences, which led to engaging and meaningful discussions.Later in the day, we participated in awareness activities and games related to the concept of water footprint. These activities helped the students better understand water consumption and the importance of water conservation in daily life.

DAY 2 As part of our forest-themed activities, we delivered a presentation titled “Forest Footprint,” where we explored both personal and societal impacts on forest conservation. Later, a tree planting activity was held under the coordination of the hosting institution, contributing directly to nature. We also carried out a SWOT analysis via Padlet as a group, evaluating forests in terms of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These activities helped us raise environmental awareness and take meaningful actions for the environment.

DAY 3 We worked on the Carbon theme through various activities aimed at raising environmental awareness. First, we joined a workshop on Carbon Footprint, where we discussed the causes of carbon emissions and solutions to reduce them. In partnership with students from the host institution, we designed Canva posters to raise awareness and presented them at the school. A waste collection activity followed, giving us the opportunity to act directly for the environment.

DAY 4 Our Forest-themed day started with a collaborative discussion on Forest Footprint, where we reflected on how everyday actions can affect forest environments. We continued with a guided forest trip, organized by social clubs affiliated with the municipality, offering direct learning from nature. We also had a light camping experience that encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The day concluded with a cultural excursion to Prague, where we immersed ourselves in its historic and artistic heritage.

DAY 5 Focusing on the Soil theme, we carried out a drama activity highlighting the Soil Footprint, using performance to show how human behaviors affect soil ecosystems. Together with the hosting institution’s students, we organized a motto competition centered on Soil Footprint and Soil Pollution, generating creative messages to promote soil care. These interactive activities inspired reflection and cooperation. At the end, a certificate ceremony was held to celebrate all participants.
