INGREDIENTS:

• 2 & 1/2 cups all- purpose flour

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1 can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• 3/4 cup sugar

• 1/2 cup sesame seeds

• 3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

HOW TO COOK:

1. Combine the dry ingredients (all- purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda) in a bowl. Mix well.

2. Combine the wet ingredients (milk, oil, and vanilla extract) in a separate bowl. Mix well.

3. Add- in the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4. Scoop a teaspoon of the batter and form each into small 1 inch balls.

5. Pour the sesame seeds into a plate.

6. Roll the balls into the plate of sesame seeds until fully covered.

7. Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.

8. Fry both sides of the balls until brown using medium heat.

9. Transfer into a plate lined with paper towels to absorb oil.

10. Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!

During my days here at SFAC I'm so happy to be here, to have a a loving, caring, and supportive friends here, and also to the fully commited and dedicated teachers that helped me to improved and discover myself more that I didn't expect to have. I want to recognize my supportive and dedicated to her work, Ms. Ann Penaredondo, she was fully commited to her profession as our teacher and she was our inspiration as future educator to be more responsible to your mission as a teacher and caring for your future learners, she greatly influence us the future educator of the Philippines to provide the quality education that needs in this days.

And also, there are other concerns I want to address here in this institution, like yung pag- bbun ng hair kase po di po siya nakakafresh as a student like nakaka dry ng hair and nakaka hair fall, then lack of instructor, nahihirapan po kaming mga students na humabol sa mga lessons.. at bilang studyante we are thirst to have more knowledge and aim to have a great future ahead of us, I hope soon na ma-address this issue na kailangan ng enoungh teacher to provide the students the quality education they need!!

I hope these concerns and problems can resolve and fix this challenges to have a better environment both for student and instructor. this is not bashing, it is for betterment of this institution to be more open and safe space for students, this words I write could be the reflection towards the creation for transformation.

It honestly feels like we’re being neglected or treated as an afterthought. We deserve the same level of communication and respect as students from other programs. We're paying the same tuition, working just as hard, and trying to stay engaged, yet we constantly feel left behind.

It's starting to make me question—is it really worth studying here if this is how they treat their CS students? We want to feel included, informed, and valued, not ignored. We’re not asking for special treatment—just fair treatment.

hello po, not to attack but to suggest and ask. why do we need to have field trip po? i mean, we are facing crisis right now because of rising the price of gas. then, 2nd year is required to have a field trip? with a payment of 4k+. san po kukunin yung pambayad, if we students struggling with financial. can we suggest that we should focus instead in the practical way where students can focus on learning, like why we need field trip when we can just do a mini musuem that made by students? in this way po, student can also learn ng walang pinoproblemang paglabas ng malaking pera. thank youuu po. hope y'all can understand us students.
