         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>How many types of mushrooms are there? </strong>There are well over 14000 types of mushrooms all around the world.</p></li><li><p><strong>How many types can you grow at home? </strong>you can grow up to 10 to 15 kg per square meter at home which can be around 1000 species so it limitless but sometimes dangerous for things like pets or plants.</p></li><li><p><strong>Do they have different requirements and what are some of the requirements? </strong>Ideal temperature, fresh air exchange/ ventilation and little or no light.</p></li><li><p><strong>Is it safe to grow mushrooms? </strong>For some types it is safe to grow them </p></li><li><p><strong>Research the growing of one particular type of mushroom (e.g. oysters, shiitake, portabello). What are the steps involved?</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Come up with three different technical terms (that is - not everyday terms) related to mushrooms.</strong></p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>During this practical lesson, me Tim and Kaden made these beautiful Chicken pitas. We used lots of collaboration to stay organized and so that everyone had a role and something to do.</p><p><br/></p><p>I was able to learn a new way of cutting mint which was ribbons. I was able to roll up the mint leaves then cut them thinly to create curly ribbons.</p>]]></description>
