Social event for the staff on a Friday would be great and an alternative for those that are on call for emergency’s should they want it. I personally enjoyed the Refresh event in terms of an annual staff conference and maybe that’s the platform to develop a better version for each department to showcase their areas and for people to learn from? If there’s a theme alongside this then that could create an even more positive atmosphere. A comedic host goes down well for this type of event too so maybe worth considering. Happy to sit in on discussions for this for the September event. Scott.
