I just watched a video this morning of them working through the process and had several take-aways: many of the teachers (experienced or not) learned a lot by revisiting the standards in their clusters; teachers want to hold onto everything as "essential" so the person guiding the process is really important; knowledge of what comes before and what comes after is critical and not something these teachers felt comfortable with naming before they looked through the coherence maps.
