More than ever, all energy available to us is needed to be able to succeed. However, time limitations necessitate the shortest method to do so, a method that does not require a mentor for a life time and hence Rebirthing Breathwork is introduced. The ladies had shown amazing feedback, especially we had reaped the benefits of a breathing session and everyone left feeling calm and happy.
