It has been almost four years since you first interviewed for the role in Australia. Wow how time flies! While we have only got to meet each other face to face once in that time I have appreciated your willingness to listen and to challenge me in areas that count. I am really going to miss your sweet `How are you?' and `I miss you'. It's those small gestures that make a big difference and leaving lasting memories. I want to thank you for the soft mentoring that you have provided me during those last two years. It's been a memorable 3 years working with you and thank you for providing me the opportunity to work here at CHC. It was a pretty hectic ride and still is, but the very interesting one! I must say that I sometimes can be opinionated and had disagreement occasionally, but we have always come to a mutual conclusion after having a good discussion.
