It is logical to associate this test with women, because after all they are created to detect a possible pregnancy after sexual intercourse. But the key is how this test works, according to the American Cancer Society, pregnancy tests work by detecting a hormone called Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), which is produced by the developing embryo during pregnancy and later by the placenta.
What happens is that this hormone is also produced by some types of tumors, including one of the several varieties of testicular cancer that exist, for this same reason, women who are not pregnant can take the test and in the case of a positive result, it may be a possible cancer.
To see the effectiveness of this, 50 men with testicular cancer were studied with this test, and also another 50 men with prostate cancer used this test, in the case of testicular cancer all men tested positive, while 43 men tested positive for prostate cancer.
This discovery is very important for society, because with a little more research, they can make this test even more effective to detect tumors or cancer, being a clean, cheap and accessible alternative for many people, and thus be able to better prevent a possible cancer.

(title and purpose)

introduction: How are you feeling right now? Several studies from the most privileged univetisities confirm that if you exercise at leats 40 minutes a day it will improve your mood signifivantly fot the rest of the day

method: One of the most well-known study is from Oxford University, 100 volunteers from 10 to 50 years old practised exercising for differents periods of time from 30 minutes to 2 hours according to the physical condition of each one, and the results were impressive

results: The most remarkable conclusion is: know your limits. Some persons barely reached 30 minutes while in the other hand, other could do 2 hours and even more, but when they finished, they were exhausted and from their declarations they were so exhausted that It didn't help to improve their mood, in some cases, they sadenned because they were less motivated to do other things like study o (cosas de la casa).
*gráfico de los minutos que hacen ejercicio al día según edades y explicar*

conclusion: Then, you must exercise a certain amount of time as long as you don't get tired and feel with enough energy to do more things, and that is when it improves your mood. 40 minutes was the average to exercise without getting tired and if you are constant and you exercise every day you will notice the change.
