I understand that you are more concerned with the budget, however we need to look into the technical gaps. Hence, Jane and I propose  both visual and functional changes to enhance the usability. We propose to invest in 10 servers which cost about $10000.

Therefore, we need your support to increase the total overlay to $100,000.

There are a couple of issues such as the user interface, which is not adaptive, and we found the navigation lagging

Our solution must cover both  business and technical challenges. Jane and I propose a series of changes, both visual and functional, which will meet client expectation and user experience. Let us meet up this Wednesday to discuss in detail our proposal as well as review action plans with you  
We also need your support to increase our current budget from $1Mil to $1.2Mil for these changes to be made.

thanks for engaging us to plan and  host our company’s products online in the next quarter. I am sorry for the late reply because i was having my department's team building last week at Golden Sands Resort. We had so much fun and hope you can join us next time.

With regards to the project you mentioned in your email, i checked with my team and we feel that we might need more time to review the data compliance issues and find funds for that project. As you know it is not easy to get funding during this pandemic when the focus is elsewhere, example cost savings. Our management's priority now is on how to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

We also think that the plan may not be effective but we are also not sure. Some of us feel that the timeline is also unrealistic. i think i may need some time to discuss with my team and to check back with my manager before getting back to you

I hope you can give us more time to work on this. Please let us have your favorable response

For your information that we need to spend a lot time and resources to review the data compliance issues. On top of this, we also need to look for the sponsor for the project.

So, we required more time for the preparation and discussion before we comes to the decision.

Thanks for the email heads up on the project plan. 
I will let to call out to  you that it might be a challenge  for my team to get budget approval within a month to meet the timeline as the fund requested is not budgeted for .

For the data compliance review process, we are not sure if we could meet the timeline as well as there is new query come out from the reviewer which we need to addressed . 
Due to the above uncontrollable factors , I will like to suggest you reassess the timeline for a more feasible roll out plan .

Thanks for your plan, we have received your email on the proposal. The timeline seems good but as we look back on the previous product launch, we learned that the compliance testing usually require two to three weeks to buyoff the result.

Hence, we would like propose to push out the timeline 2 weeks further to ensure successful launch of the product. We understand that further push out the timeline will have some impacts, however we believe that to this can be a successful launch.
