I saw your e-mail  about your problem.
Your problem is a head crash, that's a problem on a hard drive is an common error into a hard dive  origin when the read and write heads of a hard drive touch the hard drive plates and scratches the disc.

You shouldn't do sudden movements when you catch your PC and other option is change the hard drive to SSD.
