The leader must also consider everyone's living conditions and their salary where everyone is able to live a stable life and at the same time ensure that the country is succeeding. A leader has full responsibility over everyone and the country therefore he must do whats right for everyone. A great example of a good leader is Singapore's First Prime Minister , Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
