First of all, the remote policy will depend on the department of people where they work. If it comes to sales people remote working is not convenient, while for office workers, IT people, engineers hybrid and full time remote working is possible and at some cases effective and efficient. In our case we suggest that those who just started working should be full-time at the office, while for experienced workers there would be a hybrid system. There should be a specific schedule for workers with the respective days they should be present to avoid undercrowding and overcrowding at the workplace.

As for the communication teams composed of both remote and on-site employees can use digital communication channels, conduct more short meetings, exchange ideas and ask questions.

There also should be extra training for the employees that would like to work remotely. For example, they would be provided with platform tutorials, cyber security courses, time management training to manage work-life balance. Special courses for the managers to handle the remote team processes, including communication, task allocation and cooperation would also be recommended.

For the human resources policy adjustments we would recommend daily obligatory check-ins, negotiated working hours with flexible timescale, additional perks for health coverage, and provision of necessary equipment and programs.
