         <description><![CDATA[<div>Walter Elias "Walt" Disney&nbsp; was born on December 5, 1901, in Hermosa, Illinois. He has 3 brothers and a sister. At the age of 10, he starting drawing and painting then selling them to family friends and neighbors. He developed a love for Trains: his uncle Mark was a train engineer. He worked a summer job with the railroad, selling snacks and newspapers. At the age of 16, he dropped out because he wanted to become a member of the army and they rejected him. Instead, he joined the Red Cross and went to the France for a year to drive an ambulance.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1919, Walt moved to Kansas to become a newspaper artist. He worked at Kansas City Film Ad Company where he made commercials. Disney started experimenting with a camera, hand-drawn animation and open his own animation business. He started producing a cartoon named Laugh-O-Gram. hired a number of employees and started Alice in Cartoonland. In 1923, the studio was in debt and Disney was forced to declare bankruptcy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Charles Mintz stole the rights to Oswald and all of Disney's animators besides Iwerks. So what Disney done was begin developing Mickey Mouse. He made two silent films that failed and the made "Steamboat Willie" which was a success. Mickey was first named "Mortimer Mouse"  before Disney's wife convinced him to change it to Mickey. Mickey was one of the first favorites of Disney's fans.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> In December of 1937, Disney premiered the first full- length film that was animated, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This movie won 8 Oscars and  made 1.499 million dollar in spite of the depression. Critics virtually unanimous "Snow White". Congress thought that Disney was trying to accuse Disney of being communist. There was a court case and he was prove innocent and the movie was put back up. He won 26 Academy Awards for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Walter Disney started producing more movies like "Pinocchio", "Dumbo", "Bambi", "Alice in Wonderland", "Peter Pan", "Sleeping Beauty", and many more. In total he has won 32 Academy Awards for all his movies.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Disneyland&#39;s Opening and Walt Disney&#39;s death.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Walt opened up a $17 million dollar Disneyland theme park in July of 1955 in California. it became a known place where children and their families could explore and ride rides and meet characters from Disney. The park had increased quickly and became entertaining tourists from around the world. Since then Disneyland has grew since then across the world. After a few years, Disney began plans  to open a park in Florida. When under the construction in 1966, He was told that he had Lung Cancer and at the age of 65 on December 15, 1966 he passed away. He was cremated and his ashes were spread across the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.</div>]]></description>
