Because of the myelin being damaged, people can have neurological problems depending on the amount of damage. This affects different people in different ways.

How can MS be Treated and Cured?

A simple way to treat and help MS is taking Vitamin D. There is also a relatively new (2016) treatment in Canada that cured 17 out of 24 patients, which has never been done before. Although this cure has helped people, it has also caused a fatality. MS can be helped in many ways by taking your prescribed medication. By taking your medication you can prevent flare ups, but you cannot cure MS. There is a vaccine called Lemtrada® which can help MS. The seasonal flu vaccine has also been said to help. There is an immune system reset that can halt the disease for up to 5 years.
