Goal: Be aware of the exam schedules

Implementation intention: Create a specific plan that marks the day of exams as well as set specific time increments for studying dispersed throughout on Google Calendar.

Goal: Be present in class

Implementation intention: Sit near the front, raise hands and talk, ask questions.

Goal: Build good relationships

Implementation intention: Go to office hours and communicate skating

needs.

Goal: Make friends that know the answers to.

Implementation intention: Talk to classmates, get contacts, and expose self to the community whenever possible.

Goal: Accept that you’re not the best

Implementation intention: Accept that I am not the smartest and ask for help

when you don’t understand. Even ask more than necessary and find it cool

that you’re connected to people with a lot of knowledge.

Goal: Join clubs and opportunities

Implementation intention: When schedule gets settled, go check out clubs without fear because they probably won’t remember you.
