We have only worked with each other for a year palang pero feel ko na antagal na kitang kilala haha. Thank you for guiding and helping me become a better recruiter when you came in and became my partner sa mga roles. Ever since I have always looked up to you and andami kong natutunan sayo. Pero the thing that I am most thankful for is that you would always make me feel that it is safe to open up to you about how I feel. Either about work or even mga bagay na hindi work related. Never akong nahiya na magkwento sayo tapos you would always give me the best advice pa hahaha I appreciate you so much for that.

Sad lang na we would not have a Dar anymore sa team pero I am happy to see na you are making this decision for you and your family. Alam ko rin na kahit hindi na tayo magkawork, you would be a person na malalapitan ko when I need someone to talk to.
