While self-assessing my school competency, I can safely say that I have great self confidence in ability to succeed being that I have helped a lot of peers and associates overcome many obstacles. I also believe belonging in the school environment is my calling because I feel like I’ve walked a mile in many different shoes. I will be able to point out different personalities and help students become a better them and create and promote different programs for student success; That alone proves a great strength when belonging in the school environment. I strive to be positive in any situation. I love learning new things and about different backgrounds so with that I know I will always have a positive attitude towards work and learning more.

The downfall to my assessment results are demonstrating critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and using written communication skills. I have never like writing which is a very important source in today’s life but having to come up with different ways to write for something simple is not my type of groove. I do not like to write and express something simple in many complicated ways which is my top weakness that I’m learning to work on. Also, critical thinking makes me think deeper than what’s expected, and I start to go all over the place but with time my mind will get better and stronger so I can make sense in the end.
