Then for certified staff we analyze data then will roll out the 90 day plan. As staff analyzes data, they will determine next steps in classrooms, scholars to focus on, and how to stretch our scholars who are meeting or advanced.

We will use this data to create new norms for the teachers, and provide clear expectations for staff in order for them to be consistent with each and every student. We have specific action steps that we are going to be doing and implementing to ensure growth and success.

We will use this data to reinforce the importance of Data-Driven Instruction in effectively improving student outcomes.

Additionally, we will integrate these insights to focus intentionally on our most marginalized students, refining our planning, instructional practices, and assessments to help all students reach their highest potential.

We will celebrate the successes that we have experienced and reflect on the actions that led to positive outcomes for students. At the same time, we will reflect on the opportunities for growth and the steps that we can take to enhance learning and maximize growth for each and every student.

In addition, we have created a set of action steps that we will walk through with our staff to really dive into the data and work together to learn our students' stories so that we can create targeted instruction tailored towards their unique needs.

Action steps include: Providing teachers with comprehensive academic data that will help them to understand their students strengths and opportunities for growth; Round Table Discussions between Classroom Teachers, ELL, SPED, Administration, the Counselor, and the Interventionist to help to paint a picture of each grade level's students as learners; and Small group intentional planning cycles focusing on students in the Bottom Quartile.
