In response, each staff member will establish a personal accountability goal, with a focus on addressing the identified areas of need. We will explain how our students of color, students with disabilities and/or students who are multilingual are a target and focus of our data analysis and looking at our Bottom Quartile so we can strategically make plans for individual students.          <description><![CDATA[<p>The Waters Wildcats will take a trip down data-memory lane, looking back at where we have been and where we are now in terms of achievement and growth as evidenced by the iReady and WI Forward Assessments. </p><p><br/></p><p>We will celebrate the successes that we have experienced and reflect on the actions that led to positive outcomes for students. At the same time, we will reflect on the opportunities for growth and the steps that we can take to enhance learning and maximize growth for each and every student. </p><p><br/></p><p>In addition, we have created a set of action steps that we will walk through with our staff to really dive into the data and work together to learn our students' stories so that we can create targeted instruction tailored towards their unique needs. </p><p><br/></p><p>Action steps include: Providing teachers with comprehensive academic data that will help them to understand their students strengths and opportunities for growth; Round Table Discussions between Classroom Teachers, ELL, SPED, Administration, the Counselor, and the Interventionist to help to paint a picture of each grade level's students as learners; and Small group intentional planning cycles focusing on students in the Bottom Quartile. </p>]]></description>

Staff who piloted AMPLIFY will guide staff through overview. Our LT will roll out TRUST accelerators. Staff teams will participate in round table discussions prior to students starting to collaborate support and instructional strategies for students who access SPED, ESL. Staff will receive academic data for all students with a focus on students who are currently in our bottom quartile.</p>]]></description>
