“Friendly, outgoing, honest and sensitive”, that’s how the friends of 18-years-old Benedetta Vecchi, describe her. This kind girl lives with her younger sister and older brother in the countryside near Fusignano in Italy. Benedetta has a dog and two adorable cats. She enjoys reading books and watching films, that’s why her dream is to become a director. She adores the Hunger Games saga and everything about the marvel cinematic universe. If she was a super-hero, her powers would be telekinesis and mind control. Benedetta loves horses because they are intelligent, sensitive and powerful. That’s the reason why she started horse riding last year. Her favourite dish is pizza with baked potatoes and sausages. If she could live anywhere, it would be in the Alps, because nature over there is magnificent. Visiting natural places with friends is therefore her preferred activity. Her natural talent is orienting herself, which comes in handy when visiting nature areas. Her favourite subjects at school are history and sport. She enjoys playing volleyball. Benedetta,  or “benny” like her friends call her, is outgoing and vulnerable. She likes people who are honest and positive and hates people who are dishonest.

 She is involved in a youth movement called “Chiro” where she has true friends who make her happy and with them she loves going to parties or hanging out.

 Lotje, this is her nickname, was born on 5th May 2004 and she lives in Belgium, in a town called Meulebeke with her sister. 

Her pets are chickens of a species from China. Like a real witch, because she says that she would have witch powers if she were a superheroine, she has a cat. This is also her favourite animal because it’s cute and fluffy but inside it has the heart of a lion. She identifies herself in it because of its combination of laziness and liveliness, in fact she loves dancing and running but also relaxing.

 As a true Belgian, her favourite dish is fries that she eats in the “frietkot”.

Her favourite school subject is biology and she can speak four languages.

In the future she wants to study physiotherapy and then to have a family and a nice house. She is very clear about her life!

If you’re wondering where Ella is, you will probably find her with her friends having a party or at Artschool, where she is training in order to surpass  Van Gogh. Once she made a painting and her teachers  liked it so much that they used it as a poster for advertising! But her real passion is biology, and she hope she will teach it one day. I think she will be a perfect teacher, because everyone describes her as a nice and special person, in the sense that  no one could be like her. This adjective suits her a lot, because she has a nickname no one has: Stella, that’s the name of  a Belgian beer but, at the same time, in Italian it means “star”, what a beautiful coincidence! 

On her warning label it is written "watch out, she can be a little absent-minded  at times", because she often can’t concentrate and sometimes her work is a bit chaotic, but what’s the problem? She always tries to see the world as positively  as she can and see the good in everything, because she thinks life is too short to be sad, and this is a fantastic philosophy!

She enjoys going out with her friends, horse riding and she is very  much into youth movements! Juls loves also partying and having picnics. She would like to have the power of invisibility. She loves clothes and probably spends all the money she has to go shopping. Her house is a kind of a farm because she has three cats and three sheep and also two horses which come to be her favourite animals because they are nice and can feel your emotions and understand them. She’s polyglottal, indeed she can speak Dutch, French, German and English. 

In a near future she dreams to have a happy life with a nice house a good job and her friends. She is probably very romantic since her favourite movie is “Pride and Prejudice” and she always tries to be positive but sometimes she is too chaotic! Juliette also comes to be into science, she enjoys biology and she will probably find a job in that area. She loves her friends and her family, she needs them to be sympathetic and not jealous. She dreams to be a princess, maybe in another life!

If he had to describe himself in one word he would say unpredictable.  

 

His hobby is sbandieratore. In this this activity you throw flags in the air, and most of the times it is at a special occasion. His favourite food is piadina. He loves it so much that if he could only eat one dish for the rest of his life, he would choose this one. He would like to study medicine to become a doctor and help people, or study Japanese because he is inspired by the Japanese culture. If he could live anywhere in the world, it would be Tokyo, because it is Japan's most famous city, full of modern skyscrapers and a hot spot for new technology.  

 

If he were a super-hero, his powers would be to fly and to control fire, as he is a fan of Johnny Storm, also known as the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four. 

When he could return to the world as an animal, he would choose to be a wolf

. I think this totally fits him. He likes hanging out with his friends like a wolf pack, sticking together and trusting their pack. This is really important for him as he hates is when someone isn’t truthful. I just hope they don’t howl at the moon when they go out on a Saturday night 😉
