Good fruits and vegetables include apples, oranges, broccoli, and asparagus. Healthy proteins are fish, chicken, and uncured deli meats. Carbohydrates that are good for one's health include whole grain bread, fruits, and granola. Good fats are found in avocados and extra virgin olive oil.</div>]]></description>
