         <description><![CDATA[<div>A fat burner is a specific type of diet pill that causes the body to burn more fat than it usually does. Basically it speeds up your metabolism and because it speeds up your metabolism it will give an increase in energy. You'll be able to use more calories than you consume through out the day more efficiently.<br><br>Fat burners can be divided in two groups those that contain stimulants and those that don't. Stimulant fat burners are designed to trigger specific parts of the body to speed up their functions to maximize fat loss.  Ingredients may include caffeine and orange extract. <br>The stimulant free fat burner works by creating chemical reactions in your body that speed up how quickly the fat is burned or broken down.<br><br>Some fat burners can also limit the the amount fat that gets deposited in your liver, ingredients include chromium and green tea   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2015 FDA identified 20 fat burners that had dangerous ingredients in them. A fat was found which contained an unapproved laxative that could increase cancer,  2014 FDA found a fat burner supplement that caused nearly 100 cases of hepatitis/liver inflammation a substance called aegeline is suspected to cause these affects.<br>Aegeline- is a compound extracted from Aegle marmelos (bael) a plant that has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine/ one of the worlds oldest "whole-body" healing systems.<br><br>Many fat burners contain a substance such as bitter orange, which may increase blood pressure and heart rate to levels that are not safe<br>Whether or not a fat burner can increase your metabolism it all depends on the active ingredient. Dinitrophenol (DNP) found in some fat burners does raise the metabolism but how high will it raise the metabolism this is where your body begins to overheat and shows signs of profuse sweating and rapid heart beat because of individual differences/biochemistry.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dealing with pressure is never easy but it depends on how you see pressure. If u see pressure as bad then turn it into good because pressure helps in a race such as the release of an adrenaline rush which increases the heart and breathing rate.<br>Does the opposition scare or make you feel nervous, if so then you can only redirect that anxiety or fear into something that triggers a relief so that your not scared when you run your race or play your game.<br>When in training and you feel pressured, use that pressure to improve  your performance.<br>Have a checklist with everything that you want to accomplish during the practices so that when its time for the  even then you already know you've done what you needed to do well.<br>Pressure is a distraction that we give ourselves which just adds to the problem, in order to overcome pressure we need to realize that it is within to use that pressure to our advantage of the race or game<br><br></div>]]></description>
