Droppping the same grade to every student in Schoology

In BCPSONE, you could hit a button that every student was a score and then you could change the ones that were not that score (before hitting save). This was a way to save time when entering scores instead of typing the same number over and over. It would only show the score that you typed before save.

IN SCHOOLOGY, if you enter the same score all students but change it to another score (even if you don't hit save), it will show that the student had the original score and then to the "revised" score. It shows all revisions to grades, which is nice that you don't need to write in the comments when you do multiple attempts. You can type right over and it will record all the attempts which is nice instead of having to go write a comment with the attempts and scores. Just an FYI- it might lead to questions of why a student had a 10 out of 10 but then you "revised it" to say 8 out of 10.

Thanks for sharing this helpfulinformation with the group!
