There is not very clear and complete system. Take the grammar teaching for instance, students learned the past tense last week and they learn Period this week. 

Parents complained about no text book and no English homework. If homework was assigned, no feedback. From my understanding, I think they are worried about the consistency of English teaching. How their kids are doing in English learning? Parents have no idea, so they have to pay extra for their kids to make up for English learning outside of the school. 

Teaching quality. Parents are loosing confidence of English teaching in our school.

2. Three main subjects were mentioned the most from parents' perspective when we try to talk with them about anything not that satisfactory in your school. English will always be the first to be named. 
3. We enrolled the happiness program in our school to cheer teachers up and most likely in the future teachers could have good and positive influence to students. But we are not trained to master all kinds of admin stuff which already extremely overwhelmed teachers. They are too busy finishing everything, only after that they MIGHT have time to devote their time into teaching. Expat teachers teaching results should be evaluated, assessed, commented and appraised  accordingly.  No one should just teach and go. You need to be responsible for your own teaching. I seldom saw Expat teachers tutored students who failed the test or missed classes. You need actually teach and make sure most of your students could master your teaching contents. 
2. The quality of teaching should be  placed on the top of everything.
