I would react poorly and eventually, I will go up to him and confront him. A better approach would be to use my words and talk to him, if he doesn't want to talk and he hits me then I will fight him 😊

Stealing is not at all something justifiable, no matter the current state of the person, they should never try stealing. It is best to try and think of alternative ways of getting money that aren't illegal.
