Blue Swan is a label run by the frontman of my favorite band, Will Swan of Dance Gavin Dance, that produces lots of great new music inspired and influenced by the southern California post hardcore punk and alternative rock scene. It's the product of a music community that I'm proud to have been a part of for years as a fan and the creativity and proliferation that comes out of Blue Swan is inspiring to me even as someone without musical aspirations. I was able to do a lot of woodwork over the summer and built many garden boxes that I sold to neighbors or relatives. My current goals for 2021 are simple. I want to be able to further my knowledge in the Information Systems field to be able to get an internship. This includes focusing on my classes, expanding my network, and reaching out to companies. One company that I admire and have been following is a company called Inseego. Inseego is a 5G tech company, which provides its customers and partners advanced 5G tech used for many purposes besides faster smartphones.
