The book talked a lot about the trials in Chip and Jo's life and how they kept trusting God through it all. Joanna had several moments in her life where she could hear God telling her to do something and after some doubt at first, she always knew that in the end God had a plan for her. Just like Proverbs 3:5-6 says, she knew that if she trusted Him, he would make her paths straight. This book was a good reminder to me that when God is pounding at your heart to do something then you need to follow his ways because His ways are the best and if you are unsure then pray about it.
