         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my clients health screening I was able to see what her goals were and her prior history which allowed me to accommodate that to her workouts. My client wanted to maintain a good weight while also increasing her fitness levels and maintain a healthier diet. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My clients' goals were to maintain her weight but to increase cardio and muscular strength/endurance. I believe she was able to increase her muscular endurance due to the increase of weights she was able to do during the intensity training. For cardio, I increased the intensity and time spent on treadmills and elliptical which allowed her to increase her cardio endurance. this was tested by the talk test each week to make sure she was able to reach her max HR while also increasing her fitness levels. Throughout the weeks, Sarah was able to maintain her weight while increasing her health which allowed her to complete her goal. </p>]]></description>

I learned that in order to have my client do the best for their health, I need to do extensive research on their prior exercise to make sure they were getting the best of their workouts. </p>]]></description>

The quizzes provided allowed me to demonstrate exactly how to talk to my clients and make sure that their concerns and needs are meet while also giving them feedback on what they can improve on physically. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Me and my partners rapport was great since we allowed for improvement and accepted each other's constructive criticism. We pushed each other to our limits and didn't feel ashamed to share our goals. </p><p>I was open to having weekly changes as it kept the workouts fresh, challenged different muscle groups, and helped me stay motivated while making consistent progress in different areas.</p><p>During the 5 weeks, I gained strength and improved my endurance. I also felt more confident in my abilities. Finally I noticed better energy and consistency in my routine.</p><p>My goals were met as I wanted to build my endurance and be leaner, my workout fit what I enjoyed and helped me focus on building my endurance and using weights to focus on certain parts of my body getting leaner. </p>]]></description>
