The quote from the bill states"Nothing in this Act affects the jurisdiction of the State of Idaho with respect to fish and wildlife on public land in the State" proves that the bill won't affect fish and game, and "The fact that an activity or use on land outside the wilderness area can be seen or heard within the wilderness area shall not preclude the activity or use outside the wilderness area" and "Nothing in this Act diminishes the rights of any Indian tribe" prove that the bill won't affect the area or the use of the area around it, as well as indian tribes. Also, it is a big part of many peoples' lifestyles in the area. We agree with him because he gives the power of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness back into the hands of the forest service and fish and game. This will lead to this land bring well maintained and kept protected. We also strongly agree with this because he is keeping all of the tribal lands protected this is very important because there is tribal monuments and drawings around the Scotchman Peaks area and they need to stay protected.

The SPWA should be established once and for all as a wilderness area. It is vital for the people of the Idahoan Community to have a location to go and fulfill their needs such as hunting, fishing  and even camping. As the Bill 3531 says ¨Nothing in this Act affects the jurisdiction of the State of Idaho with respect  to fish and wildlife on public land in the State.¨ This shows that by passing the Bill they don't want to change the laws already set in place that keep the land and wildlife safe. They just want to make sure that the land is taken care of. They also won't change they boundaries of the Scotchman Peaks wilderness area.
