What: The standards regarding the science of gene editing in human biology is being changed to be more ethical and safe, and the three most influential scientific agency have now laid the groundwork for this new step forward in regulating the manipulation of genes.
Where: An editorial entitled "Wake Up Hong Kong" in the journal Science.
When: December 14th 2018
Why: He Jangkui claimed he had created twin girls from gene edited CRISPR DNA, successfully saving them from contracting the A I D S (note: the word is apparently banned on padlet) virus, which drew controversy and support from many in the field.

Police questioned the student and searched through his backpack, and found the unloaded gun. District officials said parents were notified about the incident through its phone messaging system. Occurred at South- West Miami Senior High School.
