It is a good thing to have, because if everyone is stressed out, no one can cooperate, which is bad. So if you can HANDLE stress, or if you can talk it out, that's better. It could also reduce arguments, because you're chill. On top of that, it gives a more positive attitude. (Is that the same thing as NOT arguing?
