I most identify with quote # 3 because it is really being sensitive to all students' emotional well being.

Yes! We must know our students to be able to provide responsive, individualized teaching and interventions, as needed.

I love that this quote looks at the student as a whole. It draws from students and what they bring to the classroom to add to the classroom learning culture. <3

Quote #3 - It stands out to me because it captures the little nuances of an individual - their likes/dislikes, habits/hobbies, strengths/fears that really are a part of building a full relationship. When I know those things, I will be closer to my kiddos and better able to show up for them how they need.
